Sending SEO Leads to Franca
Here's a recap of our meeting this morning - since Alex is sick and missed it.
We discussed how to get better engagement with the prospect to pass leads to Franca.
- If they are available to talk to Franca now, send her a google hangout ping and see if she's free to do a phone transfer
- Look at her calendar and choose a time that she is free and then send her a note to Immediately block it off (if you don't have access to Franca's Calendar please send that request to her)
- Then in your email introduction to Franca and the prospect... repeat the time in the email that was agreed.
- Franca to send out a Google Invite ASAP
